How long does a typical project take?
Most projects land between four and ten weeks, depending on scope, content readiness and integrations. We confirm a timeline in the proposal before work starts.
Do we get a fixed quote?
Yes. You receive a scoped proposal with inclusions, exclusions, timeline and price before any billable work begins.
Who owns what we build?
You own the deliverables we create for you: site code, CRM configuration documentation and creative assets, subject to third-party licence terms (for example Zoho, hosting or stock media).
What support do we get after launch?
Every project includes handover documentation, training and a post-launch review. Ongoing support can be scoped separately if you want a retainer.
Can you work with our existing tools?
Usually yes. We commonly connect Zoho with Xero or MYOB, website forms with CRM, and ads with conversion tracking. We confirm integrations during discovery.
